Unfortunately, most people will be involved in some kind of accident during their lifetime. These can include accidents involving motor vehicles – where you’re the driver, passenger or someone hit by the vehicle itself. Accidents can take place in the workplace or you might by unlucky enough to slip in a restaurant, shop, or on a public pavement.
There are two things that must be established before you can make a claim for personal injuries:-
- You must sustain loss or injuries.
- The party you claim against must have been negligent.
Claims for personal injuries must be brought through the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) and you can find more information about PIAB and the procedure for bringing a claim by clicking here.
If you have sustained an injury and would like more information, then fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you.
